First Aid Seminar 2023

The International University of Kyrgyzstan (IUK ISM) recently conducted a training seminar and presentation competition “CPR made easy” in collaboration with the Red Crescent of Kyrgyzstan. The seminar was organized by the Educational Advisor and was attended by a large number of students.

➡️ The first topic was the ABCD’s of First Aid, and the following students received positions:
1st position: M. Adeel Saleem
2nd position: Arslan Ahmed
3rd position: Fatima Mahrukh

➡️The second topic was CPR, AED & Choking, and the following students received positions:
1st position: Namra Khadim
2nd position: Rana UbaidUllah
3rd position: Nabras Akbar

During the seminar, students were taught the fundamentals of first aid, including the ABCD’s of First Aid, CPR/AED, and choking. The event culminated with a drama performance by the university’s students.

The Red Crescent team was hosted by the Educational Advisor in the IUK VIP hostel, where refreshments were provided. Following the success of the event, both organizations have decided to collaborate in the future.
